Physician Placement Specialist
Physician Placement Specialist, with GMS since 2017Your adventure starts....where?
If I were a Doctor traveling abroad the humanitarian side of me would say to go to Africa or a country that doesn't have the luxury of the kind of medical care other places have. However, the selfish side of me says I'd want to go to Denmark or Ireland where my ancestors are from. I think it would be amazing to see where I come from and experience the culture and do what the locals do.A great moment for you:
It's really hard to chalk it up to one moment but if I had to choose it would be the day my daughter was born. She changed our world for the better. There is not a day that goes by where she doesn't make us laugh, or cry happy tears. She has humbled us and made us truly know what love is.Your passions outside of work:
Besides my family, I love the mountains! Anything and everything to do with the outdoors. Summer is really my time of year. I'm an avid fisher, camper, and love a good country concert.A quote that inspires you:
"It is our choices that show what we truly are, far more than our abilities" - Albus DumbledoreWhy I live in Utah:
I've been fortunate enough to travel and live in San Francisco. However, Utah is still by far the most beautiful place there is. The mountains, lakes, and country sides are incredible. Not to mention, the fall is breathtaking.Best place I've lived:
Utah is hands down the best. I feel like we get a little bit of everything. We have a city that's not overwhelming, we get all the seasons, and we have the lakes and the mountains. We have it all!First job:
At age 13 I was a softball umpire.
