Senior Accountant, with GMS since 2012 Your adventure starts...where?
Anywhere in Western Europe—I spent a lot of time there when I was growing up and I miss it. I never did get to visit coastal Turkey, though, and I'd love to go there for its culture (and obviously the seaside views, too). A great moment for you:
When I graduated from Brigham Young University with my B.S. in Sociology. Your passions outside of work:
Spending time with my four kids (two girls, two boys), playing cards, shopping, eating (never cooking), watching film classics, traveling, and I could seriously be out in the sun all the time. Oh, and reading—I have books...lots of books. A quote that inspires you:
"It seems to me that if you or I must choose between two courses of thought or action, we should remember our dying and try so to live that our death brings no pleasure on the world." – John Steinbeck Why I live in Utah:
Long story short, I was born in Alabama, but later we moved to the Philippines. Then we moved to Germany. (My dad worked for the Department of Defense.) I came to Utah for college—and the rest is history. Best place I've lived:
Germany—I'll never forget my time there. It was an awesome experience for a Southern girl like me to attend school in the heart of Europe.
